The Client
The client is a rapidly growing international recruitment consultancy seeking to support its growth and expansion through the technology enablement of its business. This private equity backed business sought a technology operating model which could underpin its growth, ensure long term scalability and predictability of its operations. Additionally, the aim was to build the foundations for future leverage of its data assets to create new revenue streams.
The Challenge
Following years of rapid growth, the technology infrastructure was no longer fit for purpose, nor could it support the trajectory of the business for its next phase of growth. A leadership team, frustrated by the complexity and lack of agility of their capabilities, saw no clear path forward. Costs were climbing, productivity reducing. The leadership team needed to address these challenges through a wholesale review of the technology landscape – to design, procure and deliver within a one year timeframe, without impact to business performance.
