We are delighted to welcome Phil Bland, an experienced recruitment CFO, to our Partner team. Phil has over thirty years’ experience leading and supporting the finance functions of medium-large recruitment firms in the UK, European and American markets – Harvey Nash, Phaidon and Techstream Group being a few recent examples – as well as assisting entrepreneurs at rapidly growing start-ups.
Phil combines the expertise of a hands-on CFO with strategic and commercial skills. He delivers at both operational and board level and has a proven track record in the management of change, process development, leadership, business assessments and best practice.
Phil helps recruitment companies to have a better understanding of their financial numbers and ensures an organisation’s finance team is fit for purpose, be that transforming an existing finance department, creating or outsourcing a finance function for an SME recruitment business or advising on the finance implications aligned to a company’ overseas growth strategy.
